Pooran Desai at Luxembourg City TEDx

Pooran is one of the speakers invited at the Luxembourg City TEDx 2013, on the 6th of March.
Pooran studied at Oxford and Cambridge Universities before co-founding BioRegional in 1994 with his wife, Sue Riddlestone. In 1998, he put together the project to build the world renowned BedZED eco-village in south London which was completed in 2002. He led on creation of One Planet Living – a framework which makes it easy for individuals, businesses and municipalities to understand and engage in creating a sustainable future. He leads BioRegional’s initiative on One Planet Communities in Europe, Africa, China, Australia and the Americas with over $30 billion of real estate development in planning or constructed having used the One Planet framework.
